Wow Corinne. I can't write like that. I always feel I have to provide some glimpse of a way to make things slightly better, even if it's unrealistic. Reading your essay, I see why I do that, because the unvarnished truth is so grim. We need a revolution, and there is no revolutionary force in society who could make one, and even if we did, it would still be 130 degrees outside and everyone would be starving.
