We can't be sure what will happen. Musaveni is already on the US team. CIA might not feel the need to overthrow him. If Uganda gov't decides to become more independent of USA, the BRICS countries may come to their aid. Or the billionaires might just declare that gold isn't valuable any more. They do that kind of thing all the time.
