The US won't send in the military unless their usual color revolution strategy fails. Expect to read more and more about how corrupt and oppressive El Salvador's government is, and then a "people's movement" funded by the CIA, then that movement turning violent. That's what the US is doing in Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, Belarus, Hong Kong, and many other places.
