Thanks for your comments, Leigh. I would say we can get Russia to act better by pressuring our owncountry to stop goading them and stop blocking peace efforts like China's current plan. It's our government that we can theoretically change, that is driving this war while prepping war with China. How about a strategy to impact the US MIC?
