Thank you for making totally clear why private insurance has no place in healthcare. This whole elaborate system wouldn't need to exist if we had Medicare for all or similar system. They would still need to rule on what was acceptable care and what wasn't but there would be no profit motive involved. And a whole sector of workers like you would would be out of a job or to work for Medicare
