I've gone through some of this -I'd like to be on Substack, but you have to learn a new platform wherever you go. There are a lot of great writers on Medium as well as a lot of beginners. I would say about this article that the title doesn't do a good job of describing what the article is about. You say 'which should I choose' but you've already chosen.
