Yesterday, the Hill show Rising had a segment on this - they said most of the super-inflation is caused by institutional investors using their billiions in bailouts and stimulus to buy up all the houses they can and rent them out. They said Black Rock is now one of country's biggst landlords,and they aren't good ones.
